Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains what Denver County Released Inmates may collect when someone uses the site, sends a message, follows a link, or uses a third-party search tool. Using the site means accepting these privacy practices.

Information You Submit

Search Terms

When a name, location, booking number, or similar term is entered into a search box supplied by a third-party provider, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Denver County Released Inmates does not keep its own log of those search terms.

Messages

If you email the site or send a contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and maintain a basic record of the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure.

Outside Links and Portals

The site links to Denver Sheriff pages, Colorado court and CDOC portals, VINE, federal locators, legal references, and third-party search services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the privacy policy and data practices of the destination site apply.

Advertising networks and analytics providers may use their own tools to recognize activity across websites. That tracking is handled on their systems, under their policies.
