Search Terms
When a name, location, booking number, or similar term is entered into a search box supplied by a third-party provider, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Denver County Released Inmates does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email the site or send a contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and maintain a basic record of the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure.
Automatic Technical Data
Basic technical information may be collected when pages load so the site can function, measure use, and spot errors.
- IP address.
- Browser name and version.
- Device type and operating system.
- Pages viewed and time spent on pages.
- Referring site, when available.
- Date and time stamps.

Personal data is not sold by this site. It may be available to limited service providers or authorities in these situations:

This site is intended for adults. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor submitted information, contact the site so the submission can be reviewed and deleted when appropriate.
